For Employees As an employee, the intricacies of employment legislation can be overwhelming. We have experience of negotiating with employers or solicitors to obtain the best severance package for you, as well as experience of conciliation through ACAS to settle your Tribunal claim on favourable terms. Settlement Agreements We can help you achieve the best possible terms financially, as well as helping you through the legal jargon of the document. Representation We have extensive experience in representing individuals in employment tribunal claims in all areas of employment law and offer high quality preparation and presentation of your employment law case at Tribunal from beginning to end. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Complaints Everyone at Richard Hall & Partners is keen to ensure that we maintain the highest professional standards in all areas of our work and we strive to deliver excellent client service. As a result, if you are unhappy with any aspect of our client service levels, your bill, or the way you have been treated, please contact the person who is acting for you, who will try and resolve the matter. If you still feel the matter remains unresolved, please write, email or telephone with details of your complaint to; Gillian Hall (Practice Manager) You can also attend the office to lodge a complaint in person. What will happen next? We will send you a written or electronic acknowledgement of your complaint, within 5 days of receiving it, giving the name or job title of the person handling the complaint together with a copy of this Complaint Handling Procedure. One of the partners will then investigate your complaint, reviewing the relevant files and speaking with the person responsible for carrying out your work. We will then write to you within 8 weeks of receipt of the complaint either; a) With a final response (setting out your right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman and the time scale for doing so and full contact details); or b) A response which: Should this procedure fail to resolve your complaint, or if your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with within 8 weeks, then you can contact: The Legal Ombudsman, P.O.
